Established in 2003, we are a privately held and well-funded international company focused on delivering a variety of high quality outsourcing services. Our capabilities cover both information technology outsourcing (ITO) and business process outsourcing (BPO). Presently we serve several European markets including Germany, Austria, Switzerland, UK, Belgium and the Netherlands.

Our service philosophy is simple: For a given engagement, deliver the highest quality service at the lowest risk for the customer.

Suitably structured outsourcing can greatly reduce operational costs, can extend a company’s ability to access technology and human skills, and allow a company to focus on its core competencies. In the present era of globalization such a measure can help keep a company adequately competitive.

We work hard to better understand customer needs, to match the right staff to the job, to engage appropriate service-delivery partners and to ensure that promised services are delivered as expected. We know from our experience that outsourcing projects deliver value only if all the elements of the end-to-end process, i.e., starting from creation of project scope, to negotiations, to monitoring of the delivery and feedback analyses, are properly done. We use “BestSourcing” strategy when it comes to resource engagement for service delivery. Working with the customer, we select a combination of local, near-shore and offshore resources. This gives us the flexibility to be sensitive to customer’s language, cultural and job-criticality needs.

The founders of BizPro are seasoned veterans of IT and business process management and have first hand experience of working in many industries. Together with BizPro staff, they are personally committed to delivering customer satisfaction.
